OMGT is licensed as a product. Each engagement has an agreed scope, a defined delivery with training and acceptance, and a clear end, with any further work agreed separately.
Organizational license
Each customer licenses a tier under agreed terms.
The license may be perpetual or term-based, depending on contractual requirements. It defines:
- The selected product tier
- The permitted organizational scope
- Authorized usage rights
- Included modules and capabilities
- Applicable deployment and usage conditions
- License duration and renewal terms, where relevant

The delivery principle
A standard engagement ends when the agreed product has been delivered, training is complete and the contractual acceptance requirements have been met. Ongoing operation then rests with your organization, unless additional services have been contracted.
How pricing is structured
Three clear components.
License fee
The main charge, set by the selected tier and organizational scope.
Delivery and training fee
A defined charge for the agreed delivery and training activities.
Optional services
Separate charges for integrations, customization, infrastructure, additional training and ongoing support.
We provide a proposal once the commercial scope has been agreed.
